I love to have a little bit of a nose at what other people got for their birthdays! I don’t know why but it really fills me with joy when I see people get excited about what they got! Therefore, I thought I would share with you all what I was lucky enough to receive for my 31st birthday back in July 2026!
Imperfections are often the things that we say we want to change upon reflecting on our lives around our birthdays! However, sometimes the bad stuff can be good! Especially if it is not harming us/others and we enjoy them! As I get ready to enjoy my 31st journey around the sun, these are the unhealthy things I love and will continue this year!
Every day, I long to go back to being little! When times were easier and the only thing I had to think about was if I would get the toy out of the cereal box before my brothers! Having had my birthday this week and nostalgia riding high, I thought I would share some classic 00s moments to remind you of them too!
You can’t have a birthday without a sweet dessert to end or start or spend the whole day enjoying! Whether it be a cake, cookie or even a trifle, as long as you love it on your special day that is all that matters! My favourite dessert of all time is always a fruity crumble, which helped create this birthday cake inspired recipe!
It's my birthday and I will celebrate if I want to! Having had a wonderful, odd and very strange 30th year on earth, I have high hopes that my 31st one is going to be epic! So I thought we would party with the best cake, drinks and a little bit of dancing! Fancy joining me? You are all welcome to the celebrations!
On the eve of my 31st Birthday, I thought I would share with you some of the best things that happened during my 30th year on this earth! There were some high highs and some low lows, however, there hasn’t ever been a day where there wasn’t a moment to smile about! Find out what made the last 12 months so special here!
This week, I am turning 31 and I realised that there was so much I wanted to achieve that I never did when I was younger! Yet, it doesn’t mean I can’t still do them! As we kick off birthday week on the blog, I wanted to share with you what I am going to work hard on over/during the next 365 days!
Today marks one of the most special days of the year to me! It is my mum’s 64th birthday! To me, she is everything! She is my best friend, my role model, my carer, my sister and my partner in crime! She is literally every title that you could give her to me! And I am truly so thankful to be her daughter!
Today would be my dad’s 81st birthday! And whilst it brings me a whole lot of heartache to say that he is not here to celebrate it with me, I know that he will be with us in his own special way! I love him so much and always will! I thought I would spend today celebrating what a fantastic man he was!
Have you ever stayed in a place that feels like home from the moment you arrive? That was what we got when we arrived at the Staycity Tivoli Apartments in Dublin! Every staff member, every room and every situation we faced was dealt with true care, attention and professionalism, which I can’t praise enough! Find out why we loved it so much here!
Wednesday the 16th July marked our last full day in Dublin, so there was no way that I wasn’t going to spend it doing as much as I possibly could! From sight seeing to actual fights, we saw it all! And when I tell you about it, you will see why we will never forget it! Read all about the fourth day here!
