Get Baking With Biscoff! My Simple Two Ingredient Cookie Recipe…
00:00:00What is the best biscuits to dunk in your tea? Is it a classic Rich Tea? A Custard Cream? Or something a bit smaller like a Lotus biscuit? Whatever your favourite may be, you can’t be a good one. Especially if they are homemade.
However, with summer nearly here, meaning hopefully a lot of hot sunshine, you may not feel like spending hours baking. Don’t worry though! I have found the perfect two ingredient cookie recipe that takes under ten minutes to make. And it involves Biscoff spread…
Ingredients
- 200g Smooth Biscoff Spread
- 70g Plain/All Purpose Flour
Tools
- Mixing Spoon
- Mixing Bowl
- Baking Tray
- Baking Paper/Silicone Mat
Method
Start by preheating your oven to 170C, before lining your baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat. Leave the tray to one side and grab your mixing bowl.
Add the flour and the spread to the bowl and using either a spoon or your hands (I found this easier), mix the two together to form a soft but manageable dough. If the mixture is sticky, add a little bit more flour.
Grab your baking tray and start to roll small dough balls, placing them on the tray as you go.
Using the palm of your hand or the back of your spoon, gently push down on the dough balls to make a cookie shape. Do this until all are flat and ready to be baked.
Place into the oven for ten to 12 minutes or when the tops look dry and crunchy. Once they look ready, remove from the oven and leave to cool completely on the tray.
Enjoy with a cup of tea or as a perfect ice cream cookie! You will not be disappointed however you decide to eat them in fact!
So simple and ready in hardly any time, these are now going to become a real fixture in our house. Especially if we have unexpected guests! Oh, and I think the best biscuit to dunk is a Hobnob aha!
