My October 2022 Dining/Meal Plan

Lots of you are enjoying this new series of dining/meal plans, highlighting what I have been working on trying to enjoy again. There weren’t a lot of changes this month, but I have introduced a few new things into my diet that I am proud of.
Potatoes are still a big fear for me and changing my diet to have them again was huge for me. Find out what else I have been having during October below:
- Monday: Asda Essentials Sage and Onion Stuffing, Sweet Potato, Mini Mixed Veg and Aldi Lighter than Light Mayo.
- Tuesday: Jumbo Porridge Oats with Honey or Jam or Syrup
- Wednesday: M&S Sourdough Bagel/New York Bagel Co. Plain Bagel with Rowse Set Honey (Tastes like a glazed donut) and vegetables
- Thursday: Aldi Gnocchi with Aldi Meatball Sauce and Vegetables
- Friday: New York Bakery Cinnamon and Raisin Bagel with Bonne Marman Apricot Conserve and Vegetables
- Saturday: Jumbo Porridge Oats with Honey or Jam or Syrup
- Sunday: Air Fryer Potato Chips/Crisps and Vegetables with Ketchup
As I said before lovelies, this is the meal plan I am following at the moment, but I don’t want any of you to think that it is what you have to follow. It is completely up to you what you all eat. I will keep on fighting my anorexia and hopefully enjoying these as much as possible! Especially with the autumn months coming in!
