My September 2022 Dinner Meal Plan

00:00:00

Good Morning Lovelies,

As a new month is upon us, I have decided to redo the dining plan post that I did in August. You lovely lot actually seemed to really enjoy reading it and that made me feel so much better. Struggling with food a lot recently, I have been trying to introduce some new foods, whilst also enjoying ones that I like, without feeling guilty about it.

Luckily, with some amazing support I have been able to do this and welcomed the return of other bread recipes. I am hoping that soon I will be comfortable enough to bake my own and enjoy it too. For now though, I have been working hard with my mum to enjoy the following meal plan. One that has changed quite a bit since the start of August.

The meal plan below is my own and I don’t want any of you thinking you have to follow it. We are all individuals and enjoy different foods and drinks, so please don’t feel guilty or like you have to use this too. Go forth and enjoy what you like lovelies, I will fully support whatever it is.

For now, here is what I will be enjoying this week…

  • Monday: Asda Sage and Onion Stuffing, Sweet Potato, Mini Mixed Veg and Aldi Lighter than Light Mayo.
  • Tuesday: Jumbo Porridge Oats with Honey or Jam or Syrup
  • Wednesday: M&S Sourdough Bagel with Rowse Set Honey (Tastes like a glazed donut) and vegetables
  • Thursday: Aldi Gnocchi with Aldi Meatball Sauce and Vegetables
  • Friday: New York Bakery Cinnamon and Raisin Bagel with Jam and Vegetables
  • Saturday: Jumbo Porridge Oats with Honey or Jam or Syrup
  • Sunday: Homemade Potato Crisps or Rice Noodles, Spices or Sauce and Vegetables

As I said before lovelies, this is the meal plan I am following at the moment, but I don’t want any of you to think that it is what you have to follow. It is completely up to you what you all eat. For me, pasta was a big thing to introduce again in to my diet and I am so proud of myself for doing it. However, I am looking for more or different toppings to include that don’t feature cheese or nuts. If you have any suggestions, please do let me know!
