With a rating of 99% on Rotten Tomatoes, All About Eve continues to reign high when it comes to classic films. One that everyone needs to watch. And it is all down to the brilliant performance that comes from Bette Davis. 

Released today on special edition, the film captures the relationship between a theatre actress and her new assistant. Someone who wants to take over her roles. Even if Margo, played by Davis, is unable to see what is happening to her and her work. 

The film hooks you in and makes you feel every emotion within its run time. Whether it be the changing of the times or the way in which the film captures the powerful performances, it is a strong contender to always be an inspiration for all to look up to. 

Davis is at her best throughout and if there was ever a portrayal that was made to inspire future actors this is it. She will forever be remembered for the brilliance that she shows in the role. Upon watching you will never forget it. Even if it is your 100th time watching it. 

A powerhouse of a film, All About Eve remains a classic that will go on for decades as a feature that the industry should be proud to have. Davis is a force to be reckoned with and actors of the future have a lot to take on if the performance is ever done again. A must watch for all.
