Get Baking This Veganuary and Enjoy These Super Easy Two Ingredient Banana Cookies!

Hey Lovelies,

Last week I started off really wanting to do something within my community. For a while now, I have been coming up with events and I wanted to keep this up. There so, I decided to ask those on my village Facebook page, if they would be interested in an online baking group.

Many of them, hopefully some of them reading this, said yes and I am so excited to start planning and getting my bake on with them on Sunday’s. Videos I will be sure to share with you all too.

For now though, I am just in the early stages of setting it up. So, I thought I would come on here and share an easy recipe that I may just do on camera soon. You only need two ingredients, it is perfect for Veganuary and some delights I am sure you will enjoy…

  • 2 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 1 And ¼ Cup Oats

  • Baking Tray
  • Baking Paper
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Fork
  • Spoon
  • Ice Cream Scoop

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350(F)/180(C), before lining your baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Taking the bananas, break them up into small chunks into your mixing bowl, before mashing them with a fork.
  3. Once smooth, add in the oats and mix together until well combined.
  4. Taking an ice cream scoop, drop the cookie mixture onto the tray. They don’t need to be flattened or risen lovelies, so you don’t need to space them out as much as other cookies.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until golden around the edge.
  6. Enjoy with your favourite cup of tea, as a snack or whenever the mood takes you lovelies!

Are you taking part in Veganuary lovelies? Let me know how you are finding it if so!
