Hey Lovelies,

Grab a blanket, get in some snacks and prepare to snuggle lovelies. Autumn is the time when we cancel all plans. FOMO disappears and our screens become our best friend. TV screens that is. With so many new boxsets, series and one-off specials launching during the colder months, there is something for everyone to watch.

Yet, it can be hard with the ever-changing world to make sure that you are keeping up with the ones that are causing a real stir. Usually, you will find me taking in the world of Friends, Gogglebox, The Great British Bake Off, Queer Eye, Peaky Blinders and Victoria on a cold day. Or falling into a new series that everyone is talking about.

To help make sure that you don’t miss out on the big TV releases this autumn, I have gathered a few to share with you. These are going to be the hot chocolate of your TV you can’t miss out on on a cold winter’s day lovelies:

The Politician, Netflix, On Now: Praised already by many, even though it was only released on Friday, this new series has many famous faces. Based on the life of a young man, who decides he wants to become president, the show is sure to create a stir.

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, BBC3, 3rd Oct: Coming to England for the first time ever, this new series will have some of the biggest names introducing the biggest drag queens in the UK. RuPaul and Michelle are joined by Graham Norton and Alan Carr, plus other famous faces to make sure that nobody fucks it up!

Queer Eye: We’re in Japan, Netflix, 1st Nov: Stepping out of the US for the first time, the famous five head to Japan to share their wisdom with the world. This is going to be a beautiful self-loving series that I can’t wait to delve into when it is horrible and cold outside.

The Crown Series 3, Netflix, 17th Nov: After lots of teasing and wondering who was going to take over from the previous cast, we are finally getting the third series of The Crown. Olivia Coleman takes the reigns (sorry!) as our monarch, tackling some of the biggest stories to have rocked the royal family.

The Apprentice, BBC One, On Now: A bit like Marmite, you either love it or hate it. Yet, The Apprentice is one reality show that still manages to hook us all in. This year, the candidates are faced with some of the biggest tasks to date. One to enjoy with the world of social media!

I’m A Celebrity, ITV, Autumn/Winter: You know it is nearing Christmas time when this show comes back. Creepy crawlies, celebrities and a host of Bushtucker Trials. What more could you ask for when it comes to autumn TV?

Miranda Special, BBC One, Autumn: Celebrating 10 years since the show began, Miranda Hart and co are coming back for a one-off special. Not much has been announced about it, but it is said to be airing in November. You can bet I am already excited for it because it is the show that I find myself turning to when I need something warming to watch.

Gavin & Stacey, BBC One, 25th Dec: This is the show I am most excited to see. Some may say this is more a Christmas show, I am saying it is a lifestyle. There is nothing better than the Gavin & Stacey Christmas special when it comes to the festive time of year. It reminds me of my home and family a lot. For years I have wanted to see another one. Finally, this year it is happening! I have banned my family from being around me or disturbing me when it is on. This is, out of all of them, the one to really watch lovelies!
