Good Afternoon Lovelies,

In our house, we love Nintendo and I am not just saying this. When I look back to what my brothers and I played with, I can recall the Nintendo Entertainment SystemNintendo 64, an original Game Boy, the Game Boy Colour, a Game Boy Advance, the Game Boy Advance SP (I remember saving up all my money for this), the Nintendo DS Lite and the Wii. To me, however, the Switch is probably the most fun handheld device out of them all.

Coming together as the birth child of the Wii and DS, I first really saw the console in action when I was on the train home from work. There was a man, playing it and I was obsessed with how it looked, the easy controlling methods and to be honest how cool it looked. From there my interests were hooked.

For my 23rd birthday, I had every intention of getting one. But then the doubt set in. Would I use it? How much? What if my tiny hands can’t hold it? What games were there? And so, when I was kindly offered the chance to trial one by Nintendo last year, I was so grateful. The time I have spent learning about the device, playing it and discovering a whole host of games to suit my fancy, have proven to me that Nintendo have made sure everyone is catered for.

This week, I am going to be hosting a special series of posts, dedicated to the Nintendo Switch. From games, accessories and even hidden facts about the device, I have tried to cover a wide range of topics that I think you will enjoy and hopefully find helpful, if you too are like how I was and unsure whether it is the console for you.

I know that this is a little bit different to the normal content on the blog, but I wanted to cover a new side to the entertainment world shown on here and I really hope you all like it lovelies. Let me know what you think at the end of the week in the comments below and happy gaming!
