Good Afternoon Lovelies, 

We have reached the middle of the week and the first day of LFF is upon us all! Each day I will try and mark the biggest events and items not to miss at this year’s biggest film party in the capital.

Starting with the premiere of Widows, which is happening tonight at the Cineworld cinema in Leicester Square. Guests due to appear include director Steve McQueen and leading ladies Viola Davis, Michelle Rodriguez, Elizabeth Debicki, Cynthia Erivo. Also taking to the red carpet will be Liam Neeson, Daniel Kaluuya, Lynda La Plante and writer Gillian Flynn.

With positive reviews already coming in from an early morning screening (damn you work for not letting me go!), it is looking like it is going to be one to watch in the award seasons coming up.
