After years in prison, the film captures a lawyer trying to discover the truth behind the murder of a young man and the person imprisoned for his death. With a low chance of winning the case, the film shows moments of pure tension that will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat.

What seems to be a film that would normally have been made into a TV show if made in the UK, this works on every level for originality and passion. Care and small details make the film stand out amongst others and it is easy to witness why the cast and crew won a number of Academy awards in Japan for their hard work.
