The Tunnel Vengeance DVD Review

Good Morning Lovelies,

Created by the masterminds behind Broadchurch, The Tunnel Vengeance reunites Stephen Dillane and Clemence Poesy, as two police officers looking into a serious murder, in a show that will hook you in from episode one right up until the end.

Made up of six episodes, the show follows the two detectives in a post-Brexit Britain. When a burnt-out cargo ship is found in the English Channel, the pair believe that it may have been full of migrant children. As they investigate how the incident happened, they find themselves playing a game with a deadly killer.

Poesy and Dillane bring their characters to life from the moment the series begins right up until the last moments of the final episode. The thrills and chills provided by the plot make for an epic binge-watch of a series that matches the first one exceedingly well.

There are many moments where you find yourself not expecting what the team finds, but that is what makes the show oh the more appealing. You feel as though you are finding out everything alongside. A detective of a viewer.

This makes the show an overall strong contender in the many thrillers that are placed on our screens now. The significant difference being that this series isn’t afraid to touch upon subjects that others have avoided.

There so, I am giving it…
