Happy Valentine’s Day Lovelies! I wanted to pop on today and give you all a little love filled message, as a way to say thank you all so much for all of your support over the past few years! You are my lifelong partners and I am forever grateful to you all! Let’s spread the love and have an absolutely epic love-filled day!

Tomorrow marks the most romantic day of the year and so to celebrate, I thought I would give you all a super easy recipe to make that will really show your love for someone! Using simple ingredients, in just 25 minutes, this dish can be made, served and enjoyed by all! Especially with a gorgeous bottle of the brilliant Irish loved chicken wine!

As someone who has been addicted to exercise before due to daily life stresses and an eating disorder, I was terrified to try again with it!
