Good Morning Lovelies, 

Earlier this year, the blog headed to our local theatre to see the amazing That’ll Be The Day show take to the stage. Having been left in awe with the magic of the knowledge gained throughout watching, we couldn’t wait to return to see the festive version of it, That'll Be Christmas, upon hearing about it. 

Kindly invited along to see the show at the Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage, we were seated in a prime spot to capture the stars' performances. Now in its 40th, the festive adventure mixes music, comedy and the joys of the season into one two hour spectacular that lights up the Christmas season so well. 

From classic hits to well-known modern wonders, the show enables audiences of all ages to sing along to the songs of the season in a welcoming setting that leaves you feeling all warm and cosy inside. Like a big family get together, the cast makes sure that everyone knows how much they are wanted by providing a present of pure joy. 

As a younger audience member, there were times that some songs were not as recognisable, but the way that other spectators reacted made up for the confusion. Seeing the happiness that the singers were bringing made it such a wonder to view and you wanted to dance along with the others even in those moments of not really knowing what was happening. 

Like their normal show, the need to join in consumes you and if you are heading to a future show then a festive jumper or Christmas based outfit is a must. Any way that you can join in, do it! You will be so in awe with how much the set and costumes change that you will just have this need to join in, so by being prepared you will enjoy the night even more. An array of hats could be essential. 

Overall, the show is a real delight to watch at this time of year! With a fantastic cast of entertainers, beautifully performed festive songs and great magical moments, this is a show that highlights the true spirit of Christmas, making it a pure delight! Make sure to catch it next December if you can lovelies!
