Good Morning Lovelies, 

Summer is officially starting this week, with the return of Love Island. Therefore, I’m sharing a bit of a different recipe with you all today, thanks to Aperol. The perfect summer drink. 

This recipe will definitely be your type on paper, especially when Amazon are selling giant bottles for a great price at the moment lovelies. Time to get mingling and mixing:

Ingredients

• Ice
• 100ml Aperol
• 150ml Prosecco
• Soda - For Topping Up 

Tools

• Two Glasses - Pick Your Fave
• Measuring Jug or Cup
• Spoon

Method

Place two glasses on a safe unit and add a couple of ice cubes into each one. 

Pour over 50ml of Aperol into each glass and divide the Prosecco between the both.

If using, top up the glasses with the soda and serve.
