Sunday Bakes: This Three-Ingredient Brownies Recipe Will Make The Sun Shine More!
14:11:00Hey Lovelies,
How beautiful is the sunshine today? I know many of us are loving
it, even if we are only letting it in through our windows. It is one of the
little things in life that I have really started to love, and I can’t get
enough of it. There is nothing better than feeling the warmth of it on your face.
As I write this post, I am feeling it beating down on our
dining room table. I am trying to get a few things done today, including
finding Animal Crossings: New Horizons for the Switch aha! I cannot find it
anywhere. I feel like I may be able to get lost in the time indoors in a new
world with it, but I will continue to wait to enjoy it lovelies.
Right now, I can fill the time by spending some time baking
this new Sunday Bakes recipe. Last week’s three-ingredient shortbread went down
a treat and I loved getting pictures of people’s creations, which I shared on
my Instagram.
With lockdown still causing many of us to have problems
finding ingredients, I have decided to stick with the simple three-ingredient
recipes. Today’s will have you enjoying a chocolate delight with ease, as these
brownies take literally nothing to make and no time at all…
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Tools
- 9in x 9in metal baking tin
- Greaseproof Paper
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Mixing Spoon
- Spatula
- Toothpick
Method
- Start by preheating the oven to 350(F)/180(C), before greasing a 9-inch x 9-inch metal baking tin and lining it with greaseproof paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and combine until your batter is smooth.
- Pour into the baking tin, before using a spatula to smooth the top of it.
- Place into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Make sure not to bake for too long otherwise they will dry out.
- When ready, let the brownies cool and set in the tin before cutting and serving with your favourite toppings!
Don’t forget to share your creations with me and I will be
sure to repost them on the blog’s social media, as I love seeing them so much!
