12 Strange Things You May Not Know About Me!
10:04:00
Hey Lovelies,
How are you all doing today? Is it all getting a bit much? I
am finding myself wanting to come out of isolation, but also being afraid of
what the future may bring. Thursday’s have been a tough day for me for a long
time now. I don’t know why, but it has. However, with everything that we have
going on at the moment, it is now even harder and stranger to handle. I am
longing for the weekends, but it seems like every day is a weekend now. Who
else is with me?
To try and take my mind off things and to give you all a
little random insight into my life, I wanted to do a Q&A about some of the
things in my life. They are all strange things to answer, but I hope that you
all enjoy learning a little bit more about me…
How Tall Are You?
I am 164cm, which is 5ft 5in! One of the many things I
learnt whilst in hospital aha!
Do You Have A Hidden Talent? If So, What?
I don’t think I do! I can turn my tongue sideways and am
quite good at accents. But I am not sure if they are so secret.
What’s Your Biggest Pet Peeve?
I hate people that spit or chew their food loudly! Both wind
me up a lot! I also don’t like it when people are rude for no reason whatsoever.
Why? It takes and costs nothing to be nice and we all should be looking after
each other.
What’s Your Favourite Way to Spend Your Free Time When
You’re Alone?
I like to read a magazine or bake. I find both super
soothing. I don’t mind being on my own and I think my head likes the quiet
quite a lot, so I find doing lots of things independently quite nice.
Especially embracing the quiet time at night listening to radio in bed.
If You Could Only Drink One Beverage (Besides Water) For the
Rest of Your Life, What Would It Be?
I have recently been challenging myself to fruit juices and
I think I could happily drink tropical juice for the rest of my life. Plus, I
imagine it could be a great mixer.
What Was Your Favourite Lesson in School and Why?
I used to love film studies. It was the lesson that I felt
happiest and most comfortable in. It made me confident that I could write, and
I could have spent my whole school days doing lessons in just that.
If You Could Live Anywhere In The World, Where Would You
Live?
Dublin is the place I would love to live in if I was to live
a normal life. If I was to go all out, I would love to live in Disneyland Paris
or on a cruise ship travelling the world. Don’t ask me why a cruise ship
appeals to me, they just always have.
PC Or Mac?
PC! I am old school and prefer a PC over a Mac any time of
the day. I will not go with anything other than a trusty HP when it comes to buying
a new one. They have done me well for years.
Favourite Celebrity?
Oooo I have many, so I am going to go with the first one
that came to mind, which was Melissa McCarthy. She is my ultimate hero and I must
watch anything that she is in.
Who Is Your Biggest Inspiration?
My mum! Seeing the strength that she has to fight and look
after us all inspires me every day. She is someone that I hope I
grow up to be like. I watch her work her socks off day in and day out. She
looks after me and my dad. She never moans about it. She is a real-life hero
and I love her so much.
What Is Your Favourite High Street Shop?
H&M for clothes and Home Bargains for everything else! I
feel like I am getting Home Bargains withdraws now. I need to go and get hand
cream, eye masks and so much more to make sure my face doesn’t scare too many
people when we come out of isolation.
One Thing You Are Proud Of?
Admitting I need help with battling my anorexia. Going into
hospital has completely changed me as a person and being more acceptable to the
fight and wanting to do it more than anything now is something, I am so proud
of. I am also proud of my mum and just how amazing she is. People always say
that their mum is the best one, but mine is and I am so proud that I get to
call her mine.
I tag all of you lovelies to take part in this random Q&A and share a link to all your/leave your answers with all of us in the comments below!
