Directed by Boots Riley and starring Lakeith Stanfield, Tessa Thompson, Jermaine Fowler, Sorry To Bother You tells the story of an alternate universe representation of present-day Oakland, California. A place where telemarketer Cassius Green finds himself discovering a magical key that leads to material glory.

 As his career starts to really grow, he finds himself torn as his friends and co-workers organize a protest corporate oppression. All whilst he is falling under the spell of Steve Lift, a drug taking CEO who is prepared to give him the salary of his dreams to work for him.

Due out on the 7th December lovelies, the film was a huge hit at the Sundance Film Festival and is set to explode onto the big screen. Especially so if the trailer below is anything to go by…
