UPDATED POST: MORE WEDNESDAY RELEASE NEWS...

Hello Lovelies,

So today is a huge day for TV releases it seems as I have another one to tell you all about. ‘Witches of East End’ Season one will be out on DVD from the 27th October.

Just in time for Halloween, the show stars Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Julia Ormond, Rachel Boston and Madchen Amick and is based on the best-selling books by Melissa de la Cruz.

The show follows art teacher Joanna, and her two daughters Freya and Ingrid who are coming to terms with a visit from their auntie and Joanna’s sister Wendy, who has reappeared to tell them that her tarot cards have predicted her death.

For a family who live a quiet life in the East End, with Freya recently engaged, the news comes a shock and the family are soon using powers they didn’t know exist to keep her alive. Joanna and her daughters are immortal witches! The girls are soon put to the test to learn everything they need to know to keep their enemies away from their family, while also working to keep their new position a secret from the rest of the town.

I recently saw an interview with the stars of this after they appeared at Comic Con and I think I am going to have to purchase this, because it seems like one of those shows that I would become addicted to. It seems this winter is going to be all about Mad Men and Witches! Interesting choices aha!

UPDATE: SXSW 2014 Festival favourite 'Space Station 76' starring Patrick Wilson, Liv Tyler, Matt Bomer & Jerry O’Connell will be released on DVD by SONY Entertainment on the 6th October! The company has announced that not only will the film finally be released, but it will come with loads of special features including deleted scenes, Featurettes and interviews.

The comedy/drama film presents a 1970s representation of the future which is has more flare in it then flared trousers (See what I did there!). When the new assistant captain arrives on the ship, she manages to cause a lot of tension for the rest of the group, which leads them into an unforgettable space journey.

See the festival favourite on the 6th October!
