Easy 2026 TV & Film Inspired Halloween Costumes To Recreate This Year

00:00:00

Halloween is right around the corner, meaning most of us are in full costume planning mode! This year, make sure that you have no stress by recreating some of the biggest screen moments easily! Whether they be spooky or fun, the following ideas can be done before someone even gets to say trick or treat in fact! Prepare to be the best dressed!

Good Morning Lovelies,

This year has seen some of the biggest pop culture moments occurring on our TV and film screens! From deaths to marriages, there has been an outfit that could inspire everyone when it comes to Halloween!

Taking inspiration from Mean Girls and picking a few lighter options for you all, I thought I would share some easy to do Halloween costumes inspired by major on-screen moments. You can probably do most of these with items you have in your home in fact…

Off Campus: There are so many versions of the Briars hockey jerseys online that are super affordable to lovelies, making turning into one of our favourite hockey players or even Hannah when she is wearing one a breeze. I actually own a Logan and a Dean one now, so I think this may be my costume this year.

The Bear: After sadly ending this year, now is the most perfect time to pay tribute to what was one of the best TV shows of all time. Grab some chef whites or a simple apron and whip up some delicious food to walk around with all night. You can even snack on it as you party making this costume a double winner.

Effie Trinket From The Hunger Games: With a new Hunger Games film on the horizon, it is only fair that we pay tribute to one of the most iconic characters from the franchise. Pop on your most outrageous dress, apply tons of glitter, make up and hairspray and become a member of the Capitol for the night.

Rivals Cast: If you are going in a big group, why not all dress up as the Rivals ensemble? Don the fanciest 80s party outfits that you can find or simply a bunch of polo uniforms and dance the night away to the Chicken Song. Whether you carry on the Rivals theme after the party comes to an end is up to you!

Toy Story: From Buzz Lightyear to Jessie, there is a character for all to become thanks to Toy Story. Get the whole family involved in fact, as the little ones can dress up as one of the iconic characters too. Just watch out for Andy making an appearance.

After writing this post, all I want to do now is throw a big Halloween party! I am desperate now to dress up in my Off Campus jersey! You know what I think I may just have to start organising a big event in fact! Who will you be going as lovelies? Have these ideas sparked something? Let me know!
