Maple From Canada Are The Only Brand You Need To Sweeten Up Your Meals

00:00:00

My mum has always made sure that I have embraced the wonders of maple syrup! On top of waffles or ice cream, she was never afraid to let us use it as a sweet topping on our food! Though, there is only one kind that she picks, the pure Canadian kind! The best being Maple From Canada's! Find out all about it here!

Good Morning Lovelies,

I may be about to get a lot of hate for saying this but if I had to choose between pancakes or waffles, I am definitely a waffles person! Ever since I was young, I would always pick them over the former, as I loved the way that the little squares would trap the runny maple syrup that my mum or those who served them poured on top of them.

The richness of the syrup provided my tongue with a taste that I don’t think it will ever forget. It is a flavour that I seek out to enjoy on my porridge and cereal often. However, I do fear some of the kinds that are found in shops, as I never know how authentic they really are. Thankfully though, I have finally found a brand that I can truly trust.

Having reached out to me to see if I would like to find out more about their work, the wonders at Maple From Canada, kindly sent me a whole selection of the range to put to the test. Though, of course, I couldn’t do so alone, so me and my mum put them to the test in different ways.

For her, this was embracing them on thick, fluffy waffles, whilst I had them as a topping on porridge and even sliced apples. Both of us found that we had different favourites from the kinds we were given to try but overall, we both agreed that the brand is the king of them all. The samples were plentiful to be used time and time again to help us certify this feeling to the point that we were advising strangers in shops to buy them.

This led me to wanting to tell you all about the best products from the brand, as these work wonderfully on so many dishes. Sweet, savoury and beyond, Maple From Canada are real life magicians due to how the following make our food taste so good. Get ready to tuck into one of the following lovelies…

Maple From Canada Maple Sugar: Upon opening the box that I received full of samples, I instantly knew what I wanted to do with this sugar. Light beige in colour, I popped the sachet I got into a crumble topping mixture, before sprinkling the leftovers over the apples. This gave the dish a flavour like no other. My mum also applied the sugar to a latte to see if it made an impact. Hearing the moan that escaped her after taking only one sip, it was safe to say that this sugar was a real hit in many ways.

Maple From Canada Dark Syrup: This syrup presents the colour and taste that many of us will be familiar with when it comes to maple syrups. Harvested in the second half of the tapping season, it provides the right flow and taste to go over all desserts, breakfasts and even meat. Honestly, when applied to the top of a slow cooked gammon, the meat just comes alive in ways that you can only dream of.

Maple From Canada Golden Syrup: The first stage of making maple from the sap from the maple tree produces this light in taste and colour syrup. Great for giving off just a hint of sweetness, it is a beautiful syrup that flows perfectly over waffles and pancakes to give them that rich syrupy hit.

Maple From Canada Maple Vinegar: If you are like me and my mum, you may not have thought about adding maple to vinegar. Yet, we were proved wrong upon tasting this. Great as an alternative to a balsamic vinegar, it makes any salad pop, whilst also providing a different crisp to a roast potato. If you are a pro at making poutine then you will want to go all out and add this to it too. You will not be disappointed!

Maple From Canada Very Dark Syrup: When it comes to honey, I love the dark kind, as I really feel like it gives a better, more robust flavour, when I use it to top my porridge. This kind of syrup does the same thing, as it captures the last notes to come from the sap from the tree. Great as a sauce or drizzle, I couldn’t recommend this more to really make your porridge pop. Even thinking about it now as I write this post makes me crave it a lot.

Maple From Canada Maple Spread: Resembling the colour of spreadable honey, this maple syrup spread is a perfect alternativity to butter on toast or as a filling within a rich croissant. Using it on a bagel, it tasted like I was eating one of the finest doughnuts around, whilst my mum stated that it worked wonders within a plain croissant to bring it to life.

Maple From Canada Amber Syrup: The second earliest kind of sap from the maple tree has been used here to make a lighter colored and tasting syrup that tastes incredible when mixed into butter or for little ones who may not want something so sweet. My mum found that it was a great addition to her rice pudding and also as a glaze on sausages. She stated that the light sweetness really brought out the smoky notes within the meat. Perfect for the upcoming BBQ season.

Maple From Canada is a brand that will now be the only one that I turn to when I need a sweet hit! Using only natural ingredients that have come straight from the maple trees in Quebec, the company is a safe and fun one to have in your home to help you cater for all occasions! If you are looking for a new syrup to top your dishes then let it be theirs! Life is always sweeter when it tastes as good as this lovelies!
