Good Morning Lovelies, 

Our hair can mean everything to us. For some, it is their identity. It is a joy to style and look after. So, when it is no longer there, it can be devastating. Growing up, I sadly witnessed my mum’s best friend lose hers twice due to cancer. I can remember the first time I saw her get her confidence back however. 

It was the day that she turned up in her wig. It was a gorgeous red type shade, which suited her so much. She had gone with my mum to pick it and together they decided it was just right. She wore that wig until the very end and I know that it still remains a special reminder to us all. 

The wig became something that I saw change her way of life. It gave her a confidence that she had lost due to the tragic illness. It made her feel a bit more like herself in the tough times. Therefore, when I was made aware of the new campaign that Irresistible Me has created alongside the National Breast Cancer Foundation, I was happy to share it. 

Continuing their fantastic, “Invincible Me, Irresistible Me” campaign, the brand is donating money from every purchase, to help raise money for treatment and prevention regarding the illness. They are also donating hair pieces to those who may not be able to fully fund a wig themselves. 

With a number of new pieces on offer, I have experienced one of the newest looks at home and they are real game changes for all. I loved the mixed colouration of the one I tried, as it gave a really authentic feel. Something I know many others agree with me on.
