What I Watched During July 2025
00:00:00Even though we should all be outside enjoying the sunshine, July presented us with the perfect TV shows and films to hide away indoors with whilst escaping the super hot weather! From new superheroes to classic features that everyone should see at least once in their lives, these are the five shows and films that I watched and loved throughout the last month!
Good Morning Lovelies,
July was one of those months where I spent a lot of time watching new and old features that truly touched my soul in all the right ways! Even on holiday, I found time to make sure that I didn’t miss out on the return of one of my favourites.
Nothing was going to stop me from enjoying it and the following others that kept me entertained in July. Here is what I was watching and loving lovelies…
Big: Every month, me and my mum make a date to have a film afternoon. We are trying to watch as many classics that we haven’t seen before as possible. At the start of the month, we watched this iconic film and both loved it. Tom Hanks can really do no wrong!
Mr Bigstuff (Series Two): This show is such a fun and easy watch! I love to pop this on when I am blogging or working, as it helps to keep me calm. Danny Dyer is superb in this series. I binged it all in less than a day and am now begging for a third season. I need to know what happens next after that final scene.
Elemental: After being disappointed by Soul, I felt like I needed to replenish my Pixar soul with a new feature. I really enjoyed this feature and feel like it was a really underrated feature. It has great characters who should have been appreciated better.
The Summer I Turned Pretty (Series Three): I’ve waited so long to return to Cousin’s and when I could I jumped at the chance. The first two episodes dropped whilst we were in Dublin, so it felt like an extra birthday present. I binged them whilst relaxing in my hotel room with my mum, who is now as much a team Conrad person as me!
Superman: Everyone stand up because there is a new Superman in town and I am in love with him. I really like the way that director James Gunn creates characters and his new take on Superman is perfect! I hope that we get news about a sequel soon.
What did you all watch in July that you enjoyed lovelies? Let me know in the comments and I will definitely take a look!
