00:00:00

February may have been the month of love, however, I am making sure that the theme is being carried on throughout March too! Out now on my display at Hertford Library and around the country, as well as in book shops and online, I have gathered ten books that you have to read this March lovelies! Find out what they all are here!

Good Morning Lovelies,

I am safely within my book era right now lovelies! Honestly, I have never been happier than I am at the moment, when I am stood in my local library finding my next read. Currently, by my bed, I have a huge pile that I am making my way through.

As a romance fan, many of them are within that genre. However, I have also read a wide mix recently, which have made it onto my March list. I have popped these up in Hertford Library on my display, yet, you can find the following in your own local libraries, book shops and online too. The books I have chosen this month include…

Book Of The Month: The Baby Dragon Cafe by A.T. Qureshi: If you love a fantasy book mixed with a hint of romance then this is the one for you. Filled with cute scenery and epic adventures and romance, it’s the perfect blend of summer vibes with autumn feels in one. All of which making it my book of the month.

Better Than The Movies by Lynn Painter: YA book fans will love this beautiful capturing of young love mixed with classic film tropes. Hooking you into the enemy to lovers story, you will be taking breaks regularly to watch the films discussed within the pages.

Love In The Time Of Serial Killers by Alicia Thompson: True crime fans will love this romance story mixed in with mystery and madness. Sure to hit many heartstrings, Thompson knows just what to do to hit the mark on many storylines.

The Housemaid by Frieda McFadden: Although we are heading to sunnier climes, I’m fully embracing the darker autumn feels still. This gripping tale of one housemaids unbelievable discoveries with the home she cleans will have you staying up all night reading it.

Hotel 21 by Senta Rich: Another story based around cleaners, this beautiful novel is unlike anything I have ever read before. Capturing friendships, family and a hint of crime, this book highlights how family comes in many different forms.

Yellowface by Rebecca F. Kuang: Recently, the Hertford Heath book club begun and this was the first novel the group chose to discuss. Re-reading it made me fall in love with the way Kuang writes all over again. Clever, intriguing and full of plots that will have you wondering how you would handle the situation.

The Song Of Archilles by Madeline Miller: Taking readers on a history lesson unlike any they may have been on before, this historical romance has blown up on TikTok. All for the right reasons. Discover the retelling of how two incredible Greek gods fell for each other against all odds.

Daydream by Hannah Adams: The third book in this trilogy is perfect as a new addition to the series or as a standalone story. Get ready to head back to school to feel all those first love feels again. Adams has a way of capturing funny but heartfelt moments perfectly.

The Convenience Store By The Sea by Sonoko Machida: If you are looking for a book that will warm you up and keep you cosy throughout then this is it. Capturing the stories of the employees and customers who come into the shop, you will love hearing how each of them came to being in the store that day.

Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy: The Super Bowl may have left you wanting to know more about American football. For me, it left me wanting a romance novel based around it. This book mixes angst and romance all in one. Set in a school, this shows the light and the dark moments of life at a young age whilst experience those first love moments.

Ink Blood Sister Scribe by Emma Törzs: Two sisters are faced with having to look after some incredibly rare books within the deep depths of the forest. However, these books are not like anything anyone can expect, as they are full of magic. Magic that could lead to their fates being tested. Gripping throughout, you won’t be able to put it down.

All of these books are available now on my stand at Hertford Library lovelies, as well as in many across the country! I would love for you to pick up a copy and have a read of one or all of them lovelies! Do let me know if you do read them or if you are reading something I should be reading, as I would love to hear about them!
