Six Things I Plan To Do In Dublin This Year
00:00:00Dublin is the place that owns my heart, body and soul! I feel at my most happiest when I hear the songs, accents and endless happiness that the Irish people spread every single day! The city has such a beautiful selection of things to do, making me love it even more. These are the places I will hopefully visit when I return in July!
Good Morning Lovelies,
As we say goodbye to February, I am getting very excited! It is another month less until I return to my favourite place in the world. Dublin to me is the eighth wonder of the world and it truly owns my entire heart. When I get there, I just feel so much happier and when I return it’s like my whole existence has been shattered.
When we visit, we hope to do loads, including day trips to the beach, partying in Temple Bar and maybe sipping a few Guinness’ too. However, right at the top of our list of things to do include the following…
Dublin Bus Tour At Night: We went around the city via the hop on and off bus last time we went, however, I really want to do the night tour now. I love being driven around in the dark, so this is right up my street.
Guinness Storehouse Tour: You can’t go to Dublin and not do the Guinness tour! It would be a criminal offence! Even if you don’t drink, when you see the view from the Sky Bar you will realise why you have to do it.
Kilmainham Gaol: Last time we were in Dublin, we kept seeing people getting off our bus and heading here. Since then, we have looked it up and are now planning on going too. This might have to happen on my birthday!
Jameson’s Distillery Tour: We did this tour the last time we went and it was fantastic! I am hoping to head back and enjoy more of it, including getting my hands on the special glass I forgot to buy last time. I need something to put the angels sip in after all.
Grafton Street Shopping: Knowing that one of the only remaining Disney Stores is in Dublin means that I am going prepared to shop. I’m not going to ask for anything for my birthday! I am just going to gift myself a big spend in Pennies aha!
A Trip To See The Sea: This is something that we are not sure we will get the chance to do. Yet, we are hoping to get the opportunity to travel on the bus or train to a coastal area. Apparently Dublin has some of the prettiest beaches and I want to see them.
We tend to buy a Dublin City Pass when we go lovelies, however, we are also going to get a bus pass so that we can travel a little bit more. I can already see us staying there for longer than planned aha! Have you been to Dublin? What do you suggest that we do lovelies? Let me know!
