There so, as we continue with the week long St Patrick’s Day on the blog, I have got the ultimate Irish stew recipe that takes only a few minutes to prep! Get ready to dig into this delicious dish ASAP…
Ingredients
One Pound of Cubed Beef Stew Meat
Four Medium Carrots, Sliced
Three Cups of Beef Broth
One Packet of Onion Soup Mix
One Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
One Teaspoon of Onion Powder
One Teaspoon of Dried Thyme
Tools
A Knife
A Chopping Board
A Slow Cooker
A Teaspoon
A Mixing Spoon
Method
Grabbing a sharp knife and chopping board, start the recipe by chopping all of the ingredients. Add them into the slow cooker as you go.
Once the ingredients are in the machine, pour the beef broth over the meat and vegetables. Then sprinkle the herbs and powders over the top.
Stir everything together and place the lid onto the slow cooker. Turn the slow cooker on low for seven to eight hours or on high for four to five hours. The beef should be tender when ready.
When the meat and vegetables are ready, serve up a beautiful Irish stew!
