00:00:00Get ready because the jam is back! You know I love finding new ones and this month I found a great low sugar option, plus many more new foods and drinks to try! Discover what I have been enjoying throughout the last month right here lovelies, before heading to the supermarket to pick and try them out for yourselves!
Good Morning Lovelies,
Fruit seems to be a real winner this month lovelies, as I found when I was writing this that I had joked quite a lot of new kinds of it this month! I’ve had a number of stomach problems recently too, which has led to me having to make some diet changes to try and prevent the pain and inflammation.
Find out what I have been enjoying during the month of January below lovelies…
Hartley’s Reduced Sugar Strawberry Squirty Jam: I had tried the Hartley’s Squirty jam before but not the reduced sugar one. This version is delicious and you can’t tell it is made from real fruit. Keeping the kitchen cleaner, I absolutely love it.
Aldi Extra Fine Cut Green Beans: I’m trying to add in more vegetables again lovelies and after becoming scared of green beans I have been trying hard to have them again. Thankfully, Aldi have made a pack that means I don’t have to spend a long time prepping, which normally adds to my nerves. I can just pop these on my plate and go.
Market Stall Apples: In the middle of one of our local shopping centres, there is a fruit and vegetable stall. Every kind of fruit is sold, including items I’ve never even heard of, all of which perfectly sized for an incredible price. I was brave enough to pick up some big juice apples and I absolutely love them!
Bisto Chicken Gravy: After suffering from a lot of stomach issues, I was told to avoid ketchup, which led me to having to find a different sauce to have on some of my meals. Picking up this one, I found it to be a really creamy gravy with a lot of flavours that went well with my potato dishes!
Costa Spiced Apple with Vitamin B6: My big goal this month was to be able to go for a drink with my mum. I didn’t want to take a teabag with me, I wanted to order off the menu. This drink was lush and full of spicy hits that are perfect for the autumn season. If you order this lovelies don’t be alarmed! There is meant to be a giant cinnamon stick in it aha!
What are some of the new food or drink finds that you have enjoyed this month lovelies? Let me know!
