My Daily Vitamin Routine To Better My Health In 2025

00:00:00

Every day I like to take a few vitamins to make sure that my nutrients stay well, due to my eating disorder! As my body gets stronger, I like to change and adapt them by listening to what my doctors and my body tells me. There so, I thought I would share with you all what I take every day to feel well!

Good Morning Lovelies,

Many of you will know that I am a fan of taking a vitamin or supplement. However, I only like to take them if they are actually going to look after my body. Over the years, I have tried and tested many. Yet, I normally stick to the ones that I know my body can tolerate and process.

Therefore, I thought I would share with you lovelies what I take daily and when o take them that have helped me function. These have all been advised for me to take by my doctors and medical professionals lovelies, so I know they are safe for my body.

Every day, I take the following to keep my health as good as it can be…

Morning

Iron Gummy Supplement (One A Day) - Due to my ED, my iron levels were low, so I started taking these. At my last blood test, they had risen again, so I have continued to take these to feel better.

Vitamin B12 Gummy Supplement (One A Day) - After having a number of dizzy spells, a doctor advised me to take these to try and make sure that they were prevented. These gummies have helped to boost my levels a lot, which I am thankful for, as I can now go out for walks on my own again.

Afternoon

Omega Three Gummy Supplement (One Of Two A Day) - These supplements are actually ones made for children, however, due to the size of my body they are perfect. You are meant to take two a day, so I take my first one around lunchtime.

Calcium Chewable Tablet (One Of Two A Day) - When I was in hospital, I was told how taking calcium tablets would help my bones. Since leaving hospital, I have continued to take them daily to keep my bones and teeth strong. These are super gentle on the stomach.

Multivitamin Chewable Tablet (One A Day) - I used to take a liquid based multivitamin, however, I found that it was upsetting my stomach and IBS. There so, I switched to this chewable kid friendly one, which is a whole lot better.

Evening

Probiotic Gummy (One A Day) - Last year, I had to take a lot of antibiotics, which has really affected my stomach and IBS. A doctor advised me to try taking a probiotic to help settle my tummy, so I brought a gummy type to add into my afternoons. Something my gut is very happy about.

Omega Three Gummy Supplement (One Of Two A Day) - Just before bed, I take the second omega three gummy, which helps to settle my stomach.

Calcium Chewable Tablet (One Of Two A Day) - Another one I take just before bed, the calcium in this also helps to break down any bloating I have from the day too.

I follow this routine every day lovelies, apart from on Sundays when I like to give my body a rest. Each supplement has been advised and I wouldn’t take anything I hadn’t asked my doctor about. I am definitely not saying you need to take these lovelies, as they may not fit your bodies needs, however, I wanted to let you all in on my daily habits aha! I hope you have enjoyed it lovelies and I will definitely let you know if anything changes!
