Spend A Morning With Me: My 2025 Routine!
00:00:00A new year is the best time to start again! For me, that means working towards my goals and aims from the start of the year! Especially when it comes to how I like to start my day. There so, I thought I would write an updated post on how my mornings now look since 2025 begun! Come and spend one with me!
Good Morning Lovelies,
Over the past few months, I have been working really hard to try and improve my health. I have and continue to struggle with a number of health conditions, which have made me reassess how I am spending my days. Now, I try to sleep, hydrate and move a little bit more in a careful manner.
There so, I thought I would share an update on how I like to spend the start of my day. I follow this routine mostly everyday, apart from on the weekends when things change up a little bit. Here is what I do on an average week day lovelies…
8:30/9am - Wake Up: I normally go up to bed a bit late or end up reading until I realise what the time is. Because of this I am getting up later than before, which was around 4:30am. Now, I get around six to six and a half hours of sleep or more. I am going to try to go up to bed earlier still this year. I also take a Vitamin B12 and iron supplement as soon as I wake up too.
9-9:30am - Shower & Pamper Myself: I like to shower in the morning lovelies, so I take my vitamins and then jump straight in. I wash my hair on alternative days, shave and really pamper myself and skin most days to feel refreshed. As soon as I get out of the shower, I apply deodorant, put on eye and face cream, spritz some conditioner on my hair and style it too.
9:30-9:40am - Get Dressed: With my body and face ready, I then put on the clothes I have left out the night before. This will forever include my dressing gown, which I wear all day. Even under my coat!
9:40-9:45am - Clean My Teeth: My teeth are properly pampered! I look after them so much and will forever worry about them. I like to brush for just over two minutes before following it up with a minty hit of mouthwash.
9:45-11am - Morning Walk: I have started going for a nice walk to clear my head every morning. I pop on my headphones, find a good podcast or playlist and head out for an hour or so. It’s my time to really process what I want to do that day.
11am-12am - Vitamin Drink: Once I get back from my walk, I like to warm up with a vitamin drink to replenish the fluids and nutrients I lost during it. This keeps me full whilst I prepare my breakfast.
And that is my morning lovelies! It may seem a bit boring but I hope to keep this up to really get a routine going in 2025. What do your mornings consist of lovelies? Let me know how you like to spend your days!
