Blogmas Day 20: Sparkle This Christmas With This Festive Punch Recipe

00:00:00

Christmas is often a time spent celebrating with endless amounts of food, however, the drinks are just as important! Alcohol free and suitable for the whole family, I have come up with a sparkling recipe that rivals the glistening snow some of us may experience! Get ready to sip away on this festive citrus delight for the rest of the holidays and beyond!

Good Morning Lovelies,

Many of us will be spending the next few days getting in everything that we need for our big Christmas meals and buffets. Yet, instead of getting the normal bottles of soft drinks for family and friends, I have a homemade recipe that everyone will love.

Full of festive flavours, this sparkling punch takes hardly anytime at all to create. This means that everyone can be found sipping on it throughout the day, as it won’t run out! It is time to get the punch bowls out for this one…

Ingredients

Two Cups of Cranberry Juice

One Cup of Orange Juice (Shop Brought or Homemade)

One Tablespoon of Honey or Maple Syrup

One Cup of Sparking Water or Ginger Ale

Orange Slices, Ice Cubes, Cranberries, Lemons or Other Garnishing Options

Tools

A Large Jug, Pitcher or Punch Bowl

A Mixing Spoon

A Measuring Cup

A Tablespoon

A Knife (Optional)

Drinking Glasses

Recipe

Take a large pitcher, jug or punch bowl and add in the orange and cranberry juices. Stir until combined.

Using your tablespoon, add in the honey or maple syrup and stir until combined with the juices.

Once ready, pour in the sparkling water or ginger ale just before serving to keep the mixture bubbling for longer.

Pour in the ice cubes to keep it chilled before placing any garnishes into it too.

When ready, place the glasses out and enjoy!

What is your drink of choice at Christmas lovelies? I have to say I am a big fan of a warm Vimto at Christmas! However, I may convert after this recipe! Let me know if you try it lovelies, as I would love to hear your thoughts on it!
