Good Morning Lovelies, 

Due to my health, I struggle a lot when it comes to the cold weather. However, I will admit that I secretly love it, as it makes me feel so nice and cosy when I am at home and it is warm. However, something that truly chills me to the bone is the rising cost of electricity and how much it keeps going up! 

So, when the team at SpeedComfort got in touch asking if I would like some help in making my radiators work better for less, I jumped at the chance! Creating specialist fans that slot beneath or beside your radiators, the hugely efficient energy savers allow for the warm heat to be circulated better around your rooms and home, meaning you don’t have to keep them on for as long. 

With our hallway having the radiator that loses the most heat in it, we opted for a SpeedComfort radiator fan to fit that one. Clipping onto the bottom or base of the radiator, you couldn’t see or hear the fan, apart from that cable to plug it in and turn it on with. Switching it on, I didn’t think it was working at first to be honest, however, five minutes later, I knew it was. The hall felt so much warmer and the air really flowed into the living room and dining room in our home quickly too. 

Opting to try the instructions to turn down our thermometer, the next night we did just so, before switching it on, along with the fan. Again, the heat really went around the rooms and we couldn’t tell that the temperature was reduced. Even with the radiator right by our front door, we couldn’t feel any of the heat being lost in cold areas surrounding it or when we had to open the door. 

With a 10 year guarantee included, we were amazed with how long the product would work for. As energy prices continue to grow, we knew that we could reduce our bills a lot by using the fans in our home. We did wonder if actually using the fans would cost us a lot of money lovelies, but at 32p per year, they really are cost effective for what you get.
