LOVE CORN! A brand I discovered whilst at the theatre and introduced to my family right away! Since then, they have been a firm snack favourite in our house, with my mum loving them when on the go! However, she hasn’t experienced all the flavours available, so me and the brand decided to team up and change this! Find out what happened here!

When you think of a snack, what do you think of first? Is it a biscuit? Some crisps? Maybe sweet corn? Whilst the gorgeous yellow vegetable is adored by many of us, it often isn’t the first thing we grab when on the go. However, LOVE CORN are changing this, with their delicious snack options, which are perfect to take around with you when on the go this Christmas! 

Available in big and 20g sized multipacks, the yellow gem has been rebranded as a crunch corn snack thanks to the brand, which comes in many flavours including Salt & Vinegar, Cheese & Onion, Habanero Chilli, Sour Cream & Onion, Smoked BBQ and Sea Salt. All of which are beautiful by the way! Having had them a number of years ago, when I went to see a theatre show, they have been loved by my family ever since. 

Yet, we have been a family of habit and only stuck to the traditional salt flavour. There so, when the team reached out to prove to us why their flavours would make the best snacks this Christmas, we wanted to know more. Kindly, the brand sent me some packs to test and with my mum being the biggest lover of them it was only right that she stepped up first. 

Popping a few pieces from each pack into different bowls, I handed them to her one by one, starting with our normal Sea Salt ones. Instantly, she knew that she was onto a real winner with what she was testing, stating that the corn she was eating was a real classic. However, when I changed them up to be the Sea Salt & Vinegar, she was shocked. 

Not normally a fan of this flavour in crisp form, she loved these, telling me that the vinegar was a lot more subtle than others. She said that they would be great to enjoy whilst enjoying a cold tipple over the holidays. A similar thing she said when she tried the Cheese & Onion. A flavour adored by all in our house. 

This was the taste that my mum said that once you started on them, you wouldn’t be able to stop eating. In fact, she quickly put the bag that I gave her at the end by her on the sofa to dip her hand in and out of. Something she probably wouldn’t do with the Habanero Chilli flavour though, as she said they were a little too hot for her, but perfect to gift to the spice lover in your home. 

However, the real winners in her eyes were the Smoked BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion ones! The Sour Cream & Onion flavour came in a bigger bag, which was good for our family, as we all adored them. Honestly, they didn’t last a day in our home, as the creamy taste was simply gorgeous. Whilst the Smoked BBQ had that once you start you can’t stop flavour to it. Both perfect to enjoy on the buffet table at Christmas or when snuggled watching a festive film. 

LOVE CORN are a brand that can be proud of themselves hugely! Using only the simplest of ingredients, they have amazing levels of fibre and are also low in sugar too lovelies! Although, I do think they would be perfect if the brand made a sweet version of them too! Plus, they are super affordable to for a premium stack, which can easily be found in your local supermarket, so keep an eye out for them lovelies to elevate your festive snack game. Winner winner, corn isn’t just for dinner anymore!
