Sunday Bakes Are Back With This Two Ingredient Salted Caramel Peanut Brittle Recipe!

Good Morning Lovelies,

I often spend Sunday’s baking for my family and neighbours! Today I learnt a new recipe and skill to prepare for Christmas gifts! Salted Caramel Peanut Bark 🥜

Super easy and affordable, I thought it was the perfect creation to help bring back the Sunday Bakes series on the blog. Get ready to love this sweet delight.

  • 200g Granulated Sugar
  • 100g Salted Peanuts
  • 25g Extra Salt (If Wanted To Sprinkle On Top)

  • Baking Tray
  • Baking Paper
  • Saucepan
  • Spoon

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and leave to one side. In a medium to large saucepan, heat the sugar and allow to melt. Stirring only a few times.

2. Once all the sugar is melted, pour in the peanuts and stir.

3. When fully combined, place the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten using a spoon.

4. Place to one side and allow to cool fully. Once it has set, snap the brittle into pieces.

You can then enjoy it as it is, place onto a cake for decoration or wrap up and give as a gift. Hope you all enjoy it and if you do make this lovelies, don’t forget to share your creations with me.
