Hello Lovelies,

I am on my break at uni right now, so I will be blogging quite quickly now! Sorry for the delays while I am here. I am currently making a news diary which is a lot of fun! But anyway on with the releases...

Announced by Sony Entertainment, seven cult classic films have had their artwork redone to mark the year they were made which was 1988!

The films include Taxi Driver, District 9, Easy Rider, Das Boot, Snatch, Dr. Strangelove and The Karate Kid, and will be out for a limited time at Zavvi.com. Called 'Project Pop Art', artists from all around the world have come together to make the pieces that will grace the covers and I am excited to see them in the flesh when they are released.

With 'Das Boot', 'Dr. Strangelove' and 'The Karate Kid' coming out on the 19th January, followed by 'Easy Rider' and 'Snatch' on the 9th February, the final two films to be released will be 'District 9' and 'Taxi Driver'.

So lovelies, have a look out for these when their release dates arrive!

Also just announced as being re-released in cinemas is the classic film 'Guys and Dolls' which is being restored for cinemas on the 19th December! After a successful screening at the LFF, the film will be coming back out in selected cinemas nationwide including BFI Southbank and the Irish Film Institute Dublin!

Have a look at your local cinema to see if it is showing there lovelies :)
