Hey Lovelies, 

I love British comedies! I also love Emma Thompson after her appearance at the Golden Globes and her photo bombing incident, which makes me excited to tell you that she has a new film coming out with some of the best British film talent! 

Starring alongside her is, Pierce Brosnan, Timothy Spall and Celia Imrie, the film sees her reunite with the director of 'Last Chance Harvey' Joel Hopkins for 'The Love Punch'!

Shot in wonderful locations such as Paris, London and the French Riviera, Thompson and Brosnan play ex-husband and wife Richard and Kate who through their continuous fighting suggest that they haven't really lost their romantic spark for each other. However their reunion is short lived as Richard's investment firm is defrauded and their pension fund is wiped away, leaving their retirement dreams in tatters. 

The pair soon learn that the French financier who ruined them has just purchased a $10million diamond for his bride to be and not ones to back down, the two put their differences aside to gate-crash the wedding and steal the rock that cost them their money back. 

Roping in some neighbours to help them along the way (Spall and Imrie) who are only helping in the hopes to get the couple back together, the foursome form the most unlikely of lawbreakers in the Cote d’Azur. 

It’s definitely going to be a good British comedy and will be gracing cinema screens nationwide on 18th April!
