LEGO is the one thing that no matter what kind it is I will be happy to build! My dream job is to be able to make it! However, until that role comes along, I am going to enjoy making one epic thing a month to make sure I keep that love and creativity alive! Discover my latest floral find right here lovelies!
Good Morning Lovelies,
There is only a few days to go until we celebrate the special mum’s and mother figures in our lives. For me, it is a time to shower my mum with gifts of thank you and love. However, sometimes I can forget what I intended to buy, meaning I am either found dashing around in shops or online trying to find them.
Recently, I discovered the brilliant website Udora, which shares items from around the world, in hopes to make the sellers more visible within their chosen floristry and gifting markets. Kindly, the team offered me the opportunity to try a product to see just how great they are and I have to say I was very impressed.
Choosing a lovely bunch of flowers, which came with a lovely soothing candle, I was amazed at how fast they came. Plotting them in a vase, whilst my mum was out, as a little surprise, the roses and fellow flowers really stood out. Known as the Fairytale bouquet, they really were beautiful.
My mum was so shocked when she saw them. She loved how bright and springy they made the room seem. Especially when the weather outside was so gloomy. The bouquet brought a sense of sunshine into the room. They really were a gift that my mum wouldn’t forget, an aim of Flowwow with all of their products.
Looking further into the brand, I could see this theme running throughout all of their helpful gifts, which come from all over the UK. It was nice to discover companies, ones I hadn’t even heard of as well, so close to home. A reassuring element, as I can now use the website more for other occasions.
Overall,I loved the ethics and ideas that Udora has brought to life. The flowers were a great early Mother’s Day gift for my mum. Seeing how happy she was made by them has made me think about other ways I can use the website to treat her. Christmas is going to be very interesting.
Udora is full of brands that really need your help to grow, whilst offering great present and gift ideas. Whether they be for Mother’s Day or beyond, it really is worth taking a look at them to see what I mean. They are blooming marvellous!

Good Morning Lovelies,
Spring is officially in the air! The mornings are getting lighter earlier, with the birds singing away as soon as the day breaks. The temperature is rising. There are leaves back on the trees. Everything is pointing towards summer.
There so, to mark the start of a fresh season, I thought I would bring you a super easy recipe that only needs three ingredients. Looking incredibly pretty, these flower shaped jam tarts will add a pop of colour into your home that will last all year!
Here is what you need and the method to use to create them…
Ingredients
One Pack of Shortcrust Pastry
One Jar of Jam - Pick Your Favourite Flavour or Use a Mix of Colours
Icing Sugar - To Sprinkle on Top
Equipment
A Rolling Pin
A Cupcake/Muffin Tin
A Flower Shaped Cutter
A Teaspoon
A Sieve or Sugar Sprinkler
Plate or Wire Rack
Method
Start your creations by preheating the oven to 180°C/350°F before greasing your cupcake tray. Leave to one side.
Lightly sprinkle your work surface with some flour and roll out your pastry. You can use ready rolled pastry if easier.
Once rolled, use your flower shaped cutter and cut out the shapes until all the pastry has been used up.
Gently place the flowers into the tin to form the tart shells. Make sure they are touching the bottom and sides of the tin.
Next, take your teaspoon and add a dollop of your chosen jam or jams into each flower middle. Be careful not to over fill the case, as the jam may bubble up when baking.
Once ready, place the tarts into the oven and bake for around 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to watch them in case they start to burn.
When ready, pop out of the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then carefully place them onto a plate or wire rack to cool completely. During this time you can sprinkle the icing sugar on top.
The flowers are now ready to be eaten! They will keep fresh for a few days in an airtight container lovelies, so you can make plenty of them to enjoy with the family, friends or on your own with a blissful cup of tea. It’s truly time to smell the roses or in this case jam flowers!

In my home I like to make sure I have two things. One is a candle that is almost always scented in a Christmas smell. The second is a bunch of flowers or plants. However, with the hot weather draining the plants of water, it does make me a little sad to see the die.
Yet, thankfully, I have been introduced to a new company, who are here to solve all of mine and yours flower problems. The Faux Flower Company create beautiful faux flowers that are incredibly lifelike and never let you down.
A few weeks ago, the team got in touch with me to see if I would like to work with them. Automatically I said yes! Kindly, they gifted me a bunch of flowers and until they arrived I didn’t know what they would be, however, I was super excited to unveil what they had picked.
Fresh and full of summer vibes, the team had created a gorgeous bunch of made up of bright green foliage leaves and a single large white peony. Ironically, the day that they arrived I had been discussing with my mum in our local floristry just how pretty peonies are. So, you can imagine my excitement at this creation.
Taking them out of the box, I was amazed at how soft, light and delicate they seemed. They are so realistic that I would have second guest their faux name if they were in someone else’s home. The quality is simply superb and instantly my mum was on their website to discover how much a bunch got my dad’s grave would be.
Knowing that these flowers are going nowhere makes me so happy. I’ve never really like faux flowers before, as I think they look a little plastic, but these definitely don’t. Plus, with care instructions with the bouquet, they will never fade or fall apart. A huge win for all.
On The Faux Flower Company’s website, the prices start from £7.50 and I would definitely say that they are worth every penny. They are going nowhere fast in our house and I already know that I will be making more bouquets for other rooms in our house in the future.
Especially with the beautiful sunflowers they have, which are my favourite flowers ever. Seeing them instantly brings a smile to my face! The Faux Flower Company have made a fab out of me and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are going to be the floral stunners that my home needs this year for sure!
What is your favourite flower lovelies?
