My New Favourite Skin, Beauty & Haircare Items From 2026 So Far

Looking after our hair and skin is key, especially when it comes to summer! After surviving the harsh weather that winter brings, Summer can be just as damaging, due to the sun, heat and air conditioning that we face! Therefore, I thought I would share with you all my new face, body and haircare finds that make my day to night beauty routine!

Good Morning Lovelies,

Many people will find that winter is a harsh time of the year when it comes to their skin and haircare. Yet, I am someone who finds that my skin is destroyed by the harsh heat and drying nature that summer brings with it. Another thing that my SAD clings onto!

This has meant that I often have to turn my skin and haircare routines all around to meet the needs that both require during this time of year. Having put a number of products to the test recently, I thought I would share with you all the ones that I have found to be true gems, in hopes that they can help you too lovelies. Let the makeovers begin…

Lee Stafford Red Idol Hair Perfume Mist, £7.99: I try to not wash my hair every single day, especially since I started dying it, to make the colour last and to not rinse all the good oils from my hair. However, I do sometimes worry that my hair smells because of it. To help build my confidence, I put this perfume mist to the test, after kindly being sent a sample to try, and was amazed at the results. The perfume lasted for hours, whilst also protecting my scalp from harmful UV rays. I definitely had a spring in my step every time I went out after using it.

Tołpa Dermo Face Sebio Barrier Hydrolipid BHL Water Based Moisturizing Cream Gel, £10.99: Going from winter to summer has led to a lot of moisture being drained from my face. All of which led to a lot of sore patches. After being sent a lovely sample of this to try, at a much needed time, I was amazed at how quickly it worked. Applying it only once to begin with, all the rough patches on my face were gone in just under an hour. I use it often now, as it has become a real skin saviour, as the sun and heat are ruining my skin at the moment.

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash, £8.99: When I was a teenager, I was obsessed with Soap & Glory. Then, after a Christmas that was filled with their items, I went off it. Recently though, I have fallen head over heels in love with it again. The shower gels all smell amazing but this zesty one leaves me feeling completely refreshed and renewed. As soon as I get a whiff of the way it smells in the morning, I feel alert and alive.

Bath & Body Works Cozy Vanilla Almond Hand Wash, £12: In the UK, Bath & Body Works was something that we kept hearing all about. Now it is finally here, I can see why so many love it. Soft on all skin types, this gel based hand wash smells incredible and I can’t get enough of it. Every time I wash my hands I stand there smelling them afterwards like a right weirdo. I am now hoping to build a real collection of them.

Lidl Whitening Toothpaste, 69p: Looking after my teeth is something that I do religiously. I am someone who cleans mine three times a day, as well as scrapping my tongue, using mouthwash and interdental brushing. With this much dedication towards my mouth, I am also always looking for the best cleaning products for it. This whitening toothpaste is super cheap but works incredibly well. It is a supermarket rival against some of the leading brands if I do say so.

Looking after ourselves is important throughout the year and these new favourites of mine are perfect additions to any bathroom. I am someone who really struggles with my skin, as it is very combined, so when I find something that works I cherish it. I hope that these can help you as much as they have helped me lovelies!
