Last November, I decided that I wanted to enter the festive season looking and feeling like a new person. Someone who was ready to have fun and be a little bit more daring. So, I booked myself in to have my hair dyed at my local Saks salon in Hertford town. All the way to the appointment, I could feel myself getting more and more anxious.
