Winter may be over but it doesn’t mean that we should be ditching those warm cosy clothes that we love just yet! March can be a chilly month at times, yet, the wonders at Helly Hansen have made a number of pieces that will have the transition into spring a whole lot easier and stylish! Discover my top picks from their collection here!

Good Morning Lovelies,

Spring is a funny month when it comes to deciding what to wear. Some days, the sun shines brighter than it does in the summer and other days, it is nowhere in sight and the rain is pouring down on us. When this happens, it can be hard to pick out an outfit that will work.

As someone who is always cold, I can live in a coat all year round, yet my mum is someone who can’t stand to be too warm. Therefore, we have both found brands that are able to help us overcome both issues. One of which being the fantastic Helly Hansen, who make items that flow from one season into another with ease.

Having kindly been given a coat to try by the team, I was amazed at how well it trapped the heat in during those colder days, whilst also letting it out during the warmer ones. Perfect in length and size, the Helly Hansen Vega Parka has become my go to piece, as I move around my local area in complete comfort whilst wearing it.

My experience in wearing it intrigued me to want to see what other pieces they have on sale that can move with me throughout the year. This led to a lot of time being spent adding bits to my dream list. And a few of them to my basket. Below are a few that I couldn’t help but love including that dream coat…

Helly Hansen Vega Parka Coat, £310: As we enter the start of the month, it is still a bit chilly at times. Yet, this wind and waterproof coat has been made to help keep those cold weather days at arms length, as you will feel as snug as anything in this wonder. With adaptable features throughout, it can also be changed to fit those warmer days too. You couldn’t ask for more in a coat lovelies.

Helly Hansen Vinda Light Tur Trousers, £95: Whilst still keeping heat locked in, these trousers are lighter, meaning they can be worn on those colder morning starts right through until the warmer evenings that often rear up in spring. Plus, they are so stylish that you can wear them in the office or to a special occasion too, all whilst in the ultimate amount of comfort.

Helly Hansen Apres Knitted Sweater, £123: As soon as I saw this on the Helly Hansen website, I was obsessed with it. I literally fell in love at first sight with the style of it. With the gorgeous zipper neck, it can be done up to keep the heat in or undone to allow that spring air to hit you on those warmer moments. Great for sporting events or simply to lounge around the house in, it is the item that I dream of every day.

Helly Hansen Jane Trench Coat, £220: A trench coat is the ultimate seasonal accessory to me! You can wear it in winter when you need a stylish way to stay warm, in spring when the weather isn’t sure how it wants to be, in summer as a dress style alternative and in autumn as the ultimate cosy season starter. You just can’t go wrong with a trench and this one is simply stunning.

Helly Hansen Thalia Shirt Dress, £85: Whether you pair this with tights on those chilly spring mornings or on its own, this dress is perfect for those special moments that spring brings. Easter egg hunts, sunny picnics and drinks in a pub garden are all events that this dress is the perfect piece to wear for. Made in a thicker material than most, it retains its cool even in the dead of heat.

There are so many more pieces I could have chosen but these really stood out to me as the perfect items to add to your winter/spring wardrobes to help with the transitions through each one! Helly Hansen are always making collections that last too, so whilst they may seem a little expensive, you can safely know that they can be kept and worn for years and years to come with no differences in how they appear! Spring we are ready for you with these!
