My mum is someone I love to buy presents for but struggle doing so! Never sure of what she wants when it comes to Mother’s Day, I am often left guessing what to get! However, something I have found that is always a winner is a bag! Thankfully, the wonderful team at TUSHKI has made a whole collection that make for perfect presents!

Mother’s Day is only a few weeks away in the UK and therefore I have gone into panic buying mode! My mum is the one person in the world that I always love to treat and so when it comes to big events like this I want to make sure that whatever I get her she will enjoy. Though, she doesn’t make it easy. 

Often when I ask her what she would like she is never able to give me an answer. This leads to a lot of guessing, which luckily has gone right most of the time. Over the years, I have found that one item that is always sure to go down a treat is a new bag. Preferring smaller ones that sit comfortably on her arm and shoulder, I have to make sure that they are also stylish and fit for all occasions. 

Therefore, when I heard about the wonderful new brand, TUSHKI, from Kate and Alex, who are two sisters from Manchester, I was eager to see and try their creations out. Kindly gifting me one to try, I was instantly in love when it arrived at my home in a gorgeous glossy black box, complete with a dust bag to keep the bag safe in. Having sent me the Capri bag to try, I was in awe at the bangle-like handles in a tortoise shell colour, which gave the soft black handbag a real pop of colour. 

Handing it over to my mum, she was equally amazed. So much so in fact that she hasn’t given it back to me yet. Therefore, with this success happening right in front of me, I thought I would share five of their designs that I absolutely love and think your mum will adore too…

Capri, £84.95: This was the bag that my mum has since stolen, as she loves how impactful it is. Flexible in design, the handles present a bracelet like quality to any outfit that is completely with this bag. I love how compact but roomy this is and the toasted almond colour is utterly gorgeous. 

Fiji, £79.95: My favourite out of the whole bunch, I loved the sophisticated box shape of this bag. Perfect for holding all of those vital essentials that our mums carry around for us, this comes in three gorgeous colours, which means that they can be paired with lots of stylish outfits.  

Skye, £89.95: Maybe not something that you would normally find your mum wearing but something that will add a bit of fun to any look, this fluffy bag is a standout accessory. Roomy and made in a number of colours, it will bring a smile to your mum’s face every time she sees and uses it.
