With Dry January out of the way, it may seem like we don’t have to worry about what we are drinking anymore! However, that is not the case, as there are a number of amazing teas, juices and waters out there that have been created to show us that we don’t need alcohol to sip something tasty! Find out all about them here!

Good Morning Lovelies,

Years ago, I gave up drinking alcohol! Not because of Dry January or a hatred for it, I just didn’t want to drink anymore. I found that after about 30 minutes, one sip could turn me into an anxious wreck. I would shake and get worried, to the point that I did not enjoy myself anymore if I was at an event. However, I will admit that I do have a big soft spot for seeing how a drink is brewed or created.

Since the moment that I gave up drinking, I have been spending time trying to find other softer beverages to replace them. From squashes, juices, teas and more, I have found a staple crew, which my kitchen cannot be without. Ribena, Pukka Teas and even a cheeky Vimto are my utter favourites and if you ever come to my house you will be offered one.

Yet, with the new year upon us and Dry January having brought out some of the best new alcohol drinks around, I thought I would share a number of teas and a very fancy water that have tickled my family’s tastebuds recently from the experts at Tropical Sun Foods. You will be sipping away on them this February and beyond forever once you have gotten the first taste…

Tropical Sun Foods Wellbeing Tea, From £1.99: Providing the ultimate herbs to help you be your best, this tea provides a refreshing taste to drink up on a cold morning. With endless health benefits, you will want to make this your new brew of choice.

Tropical Sun Foods 100% Coconut Water Can/Bottle/Cartoon, From 99p: When sipping on this water, whether it be from a can, bottle or even from a cartoon, you will be transported to a new world. Like sitting on a lounger under a hot sun, this feels and tastes like summer in a bottle. Perfect for when you need to imagine that it isn’t freezing outside.

Tropical Sun Foods Turmeric Tea, From £1.99: Turmeric has become one of the biggest health foods around and this tea proves why we love it so. Straight away, it helped to ease my IBS and made me feel a lot more alert and energised. If you love a bit of spice in your life then this is the tea to pick. Plus, it is super warming on a cold day.

Tropical Sun Foods 100% Coconut Water With Pieces Can, From 89p: Like the one mentioned above, this has all the same flavours but with the added bonus of real coconut pieces within it. If you have ever drunk coconut water straight from a fresh coconut then this embodies it completely.

Tropical Sun Foods Cleanse Tea, From £1.99: Made to help clean out any toxins that are harming our livers, this tea blends four essential herbs to give off an aniseed flavour like no other. Perfect as a palate cleanser too, your whole body will feel renewed and more alive when you introduce this into your daily routine.

Tropical Sun Foods Calm Tea, From £1.99: After a busy day, there is nothing better than a calming tea to help bring a sense of ease to your evening or night. Using notes of lavender and camomile, you will find yourself easing back into your sofa or bed whilst drinking this, as the troubles caused that day ease off. If you find yourself getting stressed at work, it is also a perfect drink to enjoy in the office or on your commute to help you forget the worries that may be taking place.

Whether you are looking for something new to help you on your alcohol free journey or simply seeking a new beverage to rehydrate with, Tropical Sun Foods have created it! Honestly, upon trying the teas, I felt so much better and with a whole host of flavours to choose from, I loved the way that they reminded me of cosy times and summer sunshine all at once. Available now in shops and online lovelies, keep an eye out for them, as you will definitely want to give them a go!
