What Did I Watch In December 2025? Find Out Here!

December is the ultimate time for TV! Whether it be the classic films and TV shows that highlight the magic of the season or the new ones that leave a mark on us, you can’t beat snuggling up with something good on screen! Over the past month, these were five features that I watched! Grab your TV remote and tune in ASAP lovelies!

Good Morning Lovelies,

I don’t know about you but when it comes to December, I can’t help but fall in love with my TV screen! There is nothing better than popping on something old or new to watch whilst the cold weather beats down outside. It brings me real peace to the point that I will view absolutely anything with happiness.

From It’s A Wonderful Life to The Holiday, I watched a lot over the last month. Yet, I thought I would take today to celebrate the newbies that made it onto my festive radar for you to enjoy before it is too late.

Although on this blog, we celebrate Christmas all day, every day of the year, so please enjoy these whenever you like! There will be no judgement here…

Stuffed: On a chilly Sunday evening before Christmas, I found this on BBC iPlayer and popped it on. I wasn’t sure if it was for me, yet, I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw. Although it isn’t the greatest Christmas special, it showed that money can’t buy happiness. It is the memories we share that does. Super cute and suitable for the whole family to watch, if you missed it when it was first on, catch up on it as soon as possible.

Jingle Bell Heist: You can’t have Christmas if you don’t have a cheesy Netflix film to watch! I really enjoyed this little treat from the streaming platform, as it was a bit different and included a great twist at the end. I think you could even get away with watching it outside of December too.

The Scarecrow Wedding: Julia Donaldson knows how to make a feature that both young and old enjoy. Every year, I make it a tradition to sit down and watch these animations based on books from our childhoods. This year’s one was the perfect mixture of fun and sweetness that can be enjoyed all year round in my opinion.

Amanda & Alan’s Spanish Christmas: If you ever need to laugh, whether it be at Christmas or not, then just turn to Alan Carr. The TV legend was back with Amanda Holden this Christmas, as the pair returned to the home they did up in Spain to host a big festive party. The antics that the pair got up to made me want to host a big get together, where we could all dance around to Feliz Navidad.

Inside The Factory Christmas Special: I have a weird fascination for finding out how things are made or work. I think I get it from my dad, who would spend hours watching TV shows on them. This series is always a hit in our house but at Christmas, I love it even more. Warning, if you catch up on this one, make sure to keep some gingerbread biscuits handy, as you will want to eat them after watching.

What have you all been watching recently lovelies? Anything I should be looking at? Let me know, as I am always open to recommendations!
