Good Morning Lovelies, 

Can you believe that we are already in November? The official start of Christmas! Whether you have already got your tree up or not, I am all for the early celebrations.  I think this comes from the excitement that decorating my house for Halloween brings. 

This wasn’t the only exciting thing I experienced in October 2025 though, as I enjoyed lots of little moments during the month that made it super special. Here are a few of my favourite things from October 2025 lovelies…

My Favourite Podcast - Relaxing White Noise: Every night, I have to get into bed and listen to the sound of either heavy wind or a thunderstorm. Rain on a window is something that can knock me out in seconds. With some noisy neighbours to contend with, this manages to make my brain shut off and get some rest at last. A fact that I am very grateful for. 

My Favourite Film/TV Show - Bridgerton (Series Three): I would get so excited each day when I planned watching this show. Series three was the one I really wanted to watch and it did not disappoint. Penelope and Colin are my favourite couple so far, however, I think the next season might top it. Benedict is the best character to me, so I can’t wait.

My Favourite Food - Flavahan’s Jumbo Oat Porridge with Rowse Dark Honey: Since September, I haven’t been able to taste anything and no one knows why. Every so often, I will get a hit of a taste, which is a real comfort to me. This meal has really helped me feel cosy inside, as I can taste the sweetness of the honey. Something I am so grateful for, as it is probably my favourite meal of the week. I have it for dinner lovely, which may seem odd but you can’t beat breakfast for dinner. 

My Favourite Person - My Mum: A new category on my monthly favourites list, I thought I would share a person who made my month. After hurting herself during a fall, my mum really scared me with how much pain she was in. Yet, she managed to amaze me when she spent the week afterwards decorating our house. She also looked after me when I fell ill and had a few bad days too. She is a legend in every single way!

My Favourite Beauty Item - Marc Jacobs Intense Absolute Perfume: Marc Jacobs perfumes are my ultimate choices when it comes to going to buy a new scent. There is not a bottle that I don’t love or own. Spotting this one in Boots, I used a voucher I had to treat myself to it and I am now obsessed. I spritz one spray on my coat and could smell it for days. A real winner in the perfume stakes.

My Favourite Moment - Halloween: October is the month in which autumn really starts bringing with it one of the best holidays of all. I go all out for Halloween and decorate the house completely. There is not a space in my home that isn’t covered. From a massive Jack Skeleton to pumpkins galore, there isn’t a Halloween item that I won't put up either. We went in so hard this year that we also made items at home for the sweets to go in. It was a month of special spooky moments.
