Good Morning Lovelies, 

When I was younger, I was terrified of going swimming. Any deep water swimming would fill me with dread. I even had a swimming accident when I was little trying to avoid jumping in. However, as the years have gone on, I have found myself falling absolutely in love with the sport. I’m now an adult water baby. 

With this new found love, I am always encouraging the little ones in my life to get in the pool. Whether that be in a fun way or through lessons. I really feel like swimming is such a key thing to be able to do and the younger we are the better we are at picking it up.
