Having been gifted their new mayonnaise flavours to trial, I was inspired by the creativity of Tracklements to come up with a recipe featuring them! Perfect for any summer event, these potato wedges will take us into the colder months and beyond with their beautiful creamy flavours! Get ready to become obsessed, as it is truly perfection every summer dish you may make!

Whenever Tracklements reach out to me, I am always in awe at the delicious items that they kindly send me! Full of amazing ingredients, these will take taste of the sauces are unlike anything I have ever had before! Including their newest mayonnaise delights! 


Full of hearty flavours, these will take brand has released a hot but creamy Sriracha Chilli Mayonnaise and an epic Indulgent Garlic Mayonnaise. Both of which are beyond what you could imagine. 


After delighting in them in a number of ways, I was inspired by a meal my family and I made to create and share this recipe with you all featuring the two new jars. Once you make it, you won’t be able to stop delighting in this dish all throughout summer and well into winter. Be prepared to set your tastebuds alight lovelies with these cheesy chilli and garlic mayo potato wedges…


Ingredients 

1.5kg of Thick Wedge Cut Potatoes 

Two Tablespoons of Olive Oil

150g of Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese

Four Tablespoons of Tracklements Sriracha Chilli Mayonnaise

Four Tablespoons of Tracklements Indulgent Garlic Mayonnaise

One Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika (Optional) 


Tools

A Baking Tray

A Mixing Bowl

A Spatula

Oven Gloves

A Serving Dish or Platter


Method

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 200°C/400°F before grabbing a mixing bowl and adding in your potatoes. 
  2. Coat the wedges in the oil and paprika , if using, with your hands, then layer them singularly onto a baking tray. 
  3. Place into the oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and crispy along the edges but soft inside. 
  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the hot wedges and place bake into the oven for five minutes or until melted and bubbling. 
  5. Once cooked, remove from the baking tray into a dish or onto a platter. 
  6. Using a teaspoon, drizzle both mayonnaises over the wedges before tucking in!
