Good Morning Lovelies,
Love is in the air every where I look around my kitchen! Yes, I have been baking again lovelies and this time it turned my entire dining room pink! In our house, we celebrate Galentine’s Day, however, for years I witnessed my parents celebrate the big event too!
I would love helping my mum prepare the house for it, including baking cakes and sweet treats for my dad. There so, I like to keep the tradition going, even though he is no longer around, to make sure the loving feeling remains.
This year, I have got a recipe for you all that only needs three ingredients lovelies and is super easy to create. Find the most perfect pink Raspberry White Chocolate Truffles recipe below…
Ingredients
50g Unsalted Butter
200g Chopped White Chocolate
150g Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
Tools
A Masher
A Sieve
A Medium Sized Heatproof Bowl
A Medium Sized Saucepan
A Mixing Spoon
A Scoop
A Plate or Tray
Method
Start by thawing put the raspberries, if you are using frozen ones. Then mash and strain them in a sieve to remove the seeds, making a smooth puree.
Place the raspberry purée to one side, take your heatproof bowl and place the white chocolate and butter in it together.
Using the medium saucepan, fill it with water and melt the chocolate over boiling water. You can also use a microwave to do this, however, you must make sure to stir it between each burst.
Once the mixture has melted together, pour the purée into it and mix until fully combined.
Place into your fridge for around two hours or until it is firm enough to be scooped and rolled in your hands.
When the mixture is firm, scoop a small amount and roll into bite-size truffles, before topping with extra chocolate or sprinkles if you want to.
Serve up right away or keep them stored in the fridge to take a loving bite out of for days!
I hope you enjoy these little delights lovelies! They are pure perfection every time you eat them!
