December is my favourite month of the year! I’m honestly so sad to see it leave us behind, however, I’ve already started making plans on how I can have an even bigger festive season in 2025! As I continue to make arrangements, let’s explore what made my December 2024 favourites list, which include the return of a classic sitcoms and some new finds!

Good Morning Lovelies, 

My heart is breaking! I can’t believe that December is over and our Christmas festivities are over for another year. I am definitely someone who prefers the big build up to it. Amongst it all, I find pure joy in listening, watching and finding favourites to share with you lovelies! 

From musical numbers to classic friends making a big return, here are the items that made it onto my December monthly favourites…

My Favourite App: Amazon Music - Although I listen to it all year round, I am utterly obsessed with Christmas music. No other kind can put me in as good a mood as it does. So, using my Amazon Music app was vital in making me feel like a little elf in Santa’s workshop throughout. 

My Favourite Film/TV Show - Gavin & Stacey Christmas Special - We had waited so long for this and it exceeded all my expectations. Whenever I am sad, I put on Gavin & Stacey or Miranda to cheer myself up. This special will now be one of my top viewings from now on! 

My Favourite Podcast - Parenting Hell - Hearing about the mayhem in the lead up to Christmas from Rob Beckett and Josh Widdecombe is pure comedic perfection. I look forward to hearing all about the before and after of their Christmas activities all year, so I had to make it my favourite this month. 

My Favourite Food - My Mum’s Christmas Dinner - Bravely, I managed to have my mum’s festive dinner. With all her amazing sides, I worked hard to have it with her. From bread sauce to stuffing, I can’t believe what I achieved and for that I will always be proud of how well I did. 

My Favourite Beauty Item - Marc Jacobs Perfect Elixir Perfume - My beautiful bestie, AKA my mum, gifted me those gorgeous perfume and I can’t get enough of it. I’m a big Marc Jacobs perfume fan, so this was always going to be a hit with me. 

My Favourite Moment - The Whole of December: December is the month of the year where I truly come alive! I look and plan the whole of the festive period throughout the year. From buying presents to seeing family, it was truly truly magical and I can’t wait for December 2025 now. Bring it on!
