The Newest Podcasts I Have Fallen For In 2024!
00:30:00You all know me by now and that means that you know I love a good podcast! Once I get hooked on one, I am in deep. Over the past few months, I have been listening to even more and I have gathered a few of them here to celebrate the best of the best. Get those earphones ready to enjoy these wonders…
Good Morning Lovelies,
My love for a good podcast has grown and grown over recent months. For me, there is nothing better than doing something crafty, whilst listening to one. I could spend, and often do, hours just taking in all I am being told.
Some make me really laugh, whilst others teach me a lot. After sharing the ones I listen to religiously last year, I thought I would give you an updated list of what I have heard recently. Pop in those headphones and head out for a walk with one of these wonders…
Ghost Story: When I started to listen to this mystery podcast, I wasn’t sure if it was for me. Yet, by the end of the first episode, when the first shock is uncovered, you can’t help but be drawn into the world of the narrator. Ghost Story will leave you wondering about what you might have seen as a child.
Who Shat On The Floor At My Wedding?: Okay, so the title may not be what you expect, however, once you listen to the first episode you will be hooked. I’m still in a limbo after finishing it. I am desperate for the second season to land now.
Comfort Eating With Grace Dent: From Katie Price to Dave Meyers, there is something so interesting in hearing what the people in front of the camera like to eat behind the scenes. Some of the meals are horrific, others are perfection. Each week, I listen whilst thinking about what food I would choose, which I unveiled in a previous blog post. Heart wrenching and stomach loving, it’s truly lovely to listen to.
Off The Telly: If you love all things TV then this is the podcast for you. Featuring Natalie Cassidy and Joanna Page, when I listen to this, I feel like I am sitting down with friends talking about what we have been watching. I’ve even found new shows to binge on by listening to it. It’s fun, honest and full of spoilers, which I love.
Just One Thing With Michael Mosley: I can’t listen to all of these, as some of them are quite triggering for my ED. However, the ones I know I am going to actually learn something from, such as the getting an early night one, have taught me a lot. It’s so surprising how something so simple can make such a big difference to our mental health.
If you have been listening to anything interesting, please do let me know, as I love to discover new podcasts to enjoy. I’ve got a very eclectic taste in them, so I will literally listen to anything at least once. So, please do share lovelies! They may even make a future blog post!
