It has come to that time of the month where I share the big release that I think you should all be reading. A few weeks ago, I spotted this book in my local Sainsbury’s and was enchanted by its purple cover. 

After waiting a while, I spotted the book in my local library and had to pick it up. Upon reading, I found myself captivated by the story within. Following a young couple, the book tells the story of a journalist who finds her partner on The List. A social media based list that leads to a lot of dark paths for the pair. 

As a reader you will find yourself unable to put down the purple covered beauty. Unlike many with the same ideas, this one is an individual icon of modern literature. It’s a book with a soul. A readers wants and needs being met in every possible way. 

From the moment you start reading you want to know the ending. You seek to solve the mysteries. You long for the truth. You become the investigative journalist that the book is based on. 

Author Yomi Adegoke is incredibly clever with this book that enraptures readers in every possible way. If you seek to be stuck in bed, on the bus or on a sun-lounger this September then pick this book up. You won’t be able to put it down! I promise!
