Good Morning Lovelies, 

It seems like only yesterday we were marking the start of the new year! However, in just four months time, we will be heading into the festive season all over again. Something I can’t wait for. From now until February, I feel like I am reborn. The ‘ber months being my absolute favourite. 

This time of year makes my soul soar. I love the cosy nights. The big plans that often involve a big gathering. The hearty foods. The decorations and twinkling lights. I even love a good walk in the rain. I can feel myself becoming more and more alive just thinking about. 

Therefore, with all of this to look forward to, I found my early Christmas planning a lot easier to do in August. Sick to death of the hot summer weather, I decided that the hottest day of the year should be spent planning a big festive film night at our home. I invited everyone we wanted there. I discussed films and snacks. I have it all sorted and some of the guests haven’t even confirmed if they are coming or not. 

We also managed to pick up a few Christmas presents for each other. My mum found a few tops that I snapped up and have saved for the big day. Whilst, I found a fantastic deal on some Adidas socks, which she too has taken and put away. It isn’t Christmas without a good pair of socks after all. 

With the cosy season really ramping up now, I can’t wait to go full force into all the planning now lovelies! I am certain that my mum will be getting her Christmas snack box out soon to start building a collection in. And I am all here for it!
