Good Morning Lovelies, 

Looking after our planet has become something that I try to do! I will always recycle. I try to use up as much food in our home as I can, using our freezer to help store stuff before it goes off and I have stopped buying as many clothes to prevent fast fashion. Yet, there is something that I know that as a family we could be better at and that is buying eco-friendly cleaning items. 

Therefore, when the amazing team at The Green Co. told me about their new Eco Dishwasher GreenTabs and Foaming Hand Soap GreenTabs Kits, I was eager to find out more. Made from only the purest products, each one is plastic free with no nasties hidden within them. Something I am always happy to hear, not only for the planet but because of the way that they affect my skin. 

Kindly giving me a sample of each one to try, I was keen to put them to the test right away. Especially the Hand Soap. Using foaming technology, the kit came with a pump and the tablets to make the soap that provides a greener way to stay healthy and clean. Upon opening the kit, I added the correct amount of water needed, before popping in the tablet provided and shaking. I then left it on the side in our kitchen for the family to use. 

Made from solid glass, the pump sat nicely, with everyone commenting about how much better it looked and was compared to our normal little plastic refillable bottle. When my mum went to use it for the first time, she was amazed at how quickly the foam formed in her hand, providing enough for a great scrub but not too much that it ended up wasting the product. 

Weeks on from installing it in fact, we haven’t really seen the formula go down, as the 0.8 of product that comes out every time is really enough to remove all the dirt and marks that our hands pick up. Plus, the fragrance is so lovely and really lasts too. 

As someone with Raynauds and sensitive skin, I often get cracks form on my fingers from soaps that are too harsh. Yet, this one is so delicate that no blood has been outed from them. A fact that I am very grateful for. With refillable tablets available, I know that having seen this reaction from my body that I will definitely be buying more of them, as the soap has not only left a great impression on us, by removing 99% of germs, and the planet, it has also been a gamechanger for my health too.

Having had such a great reaction in regards to the soap, we were all excited to see what the Eco Dishwasher GreenTabs could do. I will admit that we don’t have a dishwasher, yet my mum will often use a tablet or too to help lean the toilet system or to refresh burnt or stained cookware. Oddly, they really do work for both things. Therefore, she took two of the tablets from the box and put them to the test in these ways. 

Right as the dishwasher tablets hit the burnt pot, you could see the dark marks coming off. Leaving it to soak for 30 minutes, before cleaning it out completely, my mum was amazed at the way that the inside of the pot came out. When I say it was glowing, it really was lovelies. As well, when we used it again later on, we both found that are food eased right off the shining service, meaning we didn't have to scrub again, which was a real winner for us all. 

Upon seeing this result, she was keen to try them in the toilet system. Getting up bright and early the next day, when most of us were in bed, so that we wouldn’t rush in to use the loo, she popped one into the system. Right away, it fizzed away, leaving behind a lovely scent. Watching the tablet do its magic, she found that the toilet looked cleaner than it ever had, which pleased her endlessly, as she was getting very sick of scrubbing away at metal marks. Plus, knowing that they were not going to be harming the water that they were in also made her as equally happy. 

The Green Co. is always making sure that our health and the planet’s is being thought of when they make their items and these two products are perfect examples of this. Using brilliant planet friendly ingredients, they have changed our lives for the better and I can confidently say that when we run out of the samples that we will happily be buying more.
